Overview

Private residence on a 1500m² corner plot is laid out over four split levels. The lower ground level which includes the kitchen and the living areas is accessible from the garden and swimming pool level. The clients opted for a contemporary composition of volumes with deep overhangs to tackle the summer sun. A double height space in the entrance and a bridge on the first floor creates a central core for all spaces. The building’s external areas are designed to follow the natural ground line and this is accomplished by the stepped planters and scattered footpaths.
