Overview

This listed house is located in Orounda Village in Cyprus. The original layout arrangement has been retained, with the various spaces being connected via the two internal courtyards. The upper level area is accessed via an external timber staircase and the traditional clay ovens in the garden have been restored.

The government funding and other subsidies have been achieved and helped reduce the actual restoration cost of the house. Additionally a contemporary canopy was designed to maximize the use of the rear courtyard. The building is currently being used as a holiday home.
