Overview

Papa designed a luxury gated development in a prestigious district of Limassol overlooking the sea and the World Heritage Site of Amathus. The value of these residential units exceeds those previously attained in Cyprus.

Each block comprises of 4 flats; the top units are duplex with generous external terraced gardens and the ground floor units have large expanses of garden. The 7 blocks sit within a harmonious landscape including a 25m communal swimming pool. Before the project was completed, Ikona Heights was awarded Best Architecture (Multiple Units), International Property Awards 2007.
