Overview

This four bedroom house in Nicosia is designed over two levels, with an internal court yard at the rear elevation of the house. The corner shape of the plot, played an important role in the layout arrangement, offering a strong connection of the interior spaces with the external verandas and landscaped areas.

The clients’ requirements were for a contemporary design with sloping roof and the creation of cozy areas through a practical layout. The contemporary design is emphasized with the use of the laminam cladding and the wide glazed openings. The enclosed backyard is consisted by a squared grass area, an olive tree in the middle, the barbecue and the external lounging areas.
