Overview
This five bedroom house in the suburbs of Limassol is designed over three levels including basement, offering an advantage for the beautiful sea views. The clients’ requirements were for a contemporary design and the creation of cozy areas through a practical layout. The contemporary design is emphasized with the use of the fair-faced concrete, the stone cladding and the wide glazed openings. The enclosed backyard is consisted by the swimming pool, the Jacuzzi, the barbecue and the external lounging areas. The connection of the interior spaces with the external areas played an important role in the layout arrangement.
